Shipping & Returns.

All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

In times of high amounts of purchase orders, a delay would be expected and announced.

WE DO NOT SHIP TO P.O BOXES if a P.O Box address is provided we will not release the product until you provide a new address.

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Spend more than or equal to CAD $175.00 (before taxes) and shipping is free within Canada.

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pick-up at any of our locations listed in our Address & Pickup page. After placing your order and selecting local pick-up at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick-up within 1 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Our in-store pick-up hours are listed on our Address & Pickup page. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.

We are currently only shipping throughout Canada and the U.S.

Please check back at a later time as we do plan to provide shipping to as many destinations as we can.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including but not limited to VAT), which could be incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Trading Gallery (TTG Collectibles) is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order status within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@thetradinggallery.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell we are currently not accepting any returns at this time.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@thetradinggallery.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. We also strongly suggest insuring your package through our checkout page.

Cancellation of any Pre-Order item(s) will incur 20% in processing fees which is calculated based on total pre-order value. Please note,that upon cancellation, items that are in the same purchase order that are not Pre-ordered items will be released unless stated otherwise. There may be release date delays, product allocations and production/distribution factors that are out of our control. There will be no exceptions.

All other items in your purchase will be processed into store credit as per our cancellation policy.

Order containing Pre-Order products will be held until the release of all items in order.

We hold the right to adjust quantities of products that you ordered. These decisions will be made on a case by case basis and will notify you of any changes. This pertains to and is not limited to “Buyouts” and other situations in relevance to the sale of high demand products. If an order is deemed to be for resale it will be subject to potential adjustments.

Pre-orders can be subject to allocation if amounts become limited we will fulfill order in order they are received.
