Please note, our pick up location and store location are in the same building but in different units. For pick up, visit us at 200-13888 Wireless way (Second floor). For our event/tournament space and store visit us on the first floor 128-13888 Wireless Way.
#PICK-UP.
Our in-store pick-up hours are 10:00am - 5:00pm on Monday to Friday (unless stated otherwise). If you are unsure or would like to arrange a pick up after hours. please contact us via: Discord/Instagram. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you arrive.
Once entered you can check in at the front desk with your order number/confirmation email. Please note, that if you are unable to provide your order number/confirmation and/or identification you will be unable to pick-up your order.
