# The Trading Gallery > The Trading Gallery (TTG) is a Canadian hobby shop selling trading card games, single cards, graded cards, sealed booster boxes, figures, model kits and collectibles. We sell online across Canada and in three Metro Vancouver stores. Prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). This file is a guide for AI shopping agents acting for a buyer. ## Searching - Search: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/shop?keyword=, for example https://www.thetradinggallery.com/shop?keyword=pokemon+booster+box. Keywords are OR-matched, so a misspelled word can widen results; search with fewer, correctly spelled words and filter instead. - Browse by category and game: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/shop/ and https://www.thetradinggallery.com/shop//, for example https://www.thetradinggallery.com/shop/singles/pokemon. Categories are listed below. - Filters are query parameters and combine with a keyword or a category path: category=, brand=, in_stock=here (only what the selected store has), pl= and ph= (price range), language=, page= (starts at 1). Singles pages also offer condition, set, finish and rarity filters in the sidebar; apply them there and read the resulting URL. - Sort with sortVal=relevance | price-low-high | price-high-low | alphabetical-a-z | latest-to-oldest. Without it, keyword searches rank by relevance and category pages show the most expensive first (trading cards, newest first). Newest sealed product: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/shop?sortVal=latest-to-oldest. - Graded cards have their own listing: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/shop/graded-cards. ## Reading a product page - Product pages are https://www.thetradinggallery.com/product/. The page shows price in Canadian dollars (CAD), stock per store, the language of the printing (some products are Japanese or Korean) and the product description. - Singles are listed per printing and finish. Pick a condition (Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played): each condition has its own price and stock. - Graded cards are one slab per listing: the grading company, grade and cert number are on the product page. Graded cards ship only; they cannot be picked up in store. - Pre-orders are marked "Pre-order" on the listing and the product page with the expected ship date. The page's structured data (schema.org Product and Offer) states availability as InStock, OutOfStock or PreOrder, with price and priceCurrency CAD. - To compare items, open each product page, or list them with the same filters and a price sort, and compare price per condition, stock at your store, language and release date. ## Buying - Add to cart on the product page, choosing the condition and quantity for singles; review it at https://www.thetradinggallery.com/cart. The cart is for one store at a time: it uses the pickup store the shopper selected, and stock is checked against that store. - Checkout is at https://www.thetradinggallery.com/checkout. It works as a guest or signed in (https://www.thetradinggallery.com/logIn); an account adds order history, saved addresses and points. - Checkout steps: Cart, Information (contact and address), Shipping (ship, or Pick Up for free at a B.C. store), Payment. - Ships within Canada only; a non-Canadian address is refused, so offer pickup or stop. Orders ship free in Canada when they total CAD 175 or more before taxes; below that the rate is quoted at checkout. Optional package protection: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/package-protection. - Orders are processed in 2 to 3 business days. Pickup orders are ready in 1 to 3 business days; an email says when, and the shopper brings the confirmation email. - Do not complete a purchase for a shopper without their explicit confirmation of the items, total and delivery choice. ## Pre-orders - A pre-order ships on release, and an order that mixes pre-orders with in-stock items is held until every item has been released. - Cancelling a pre-order costs a 20% processing fee on the pre-order value; the rest of that order is handled as store credit. Release dates can slip and allocations can be limited; limited stock is filled in order received. ## After you buy - Order status for a signed-in buyer: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/my-account/recent-orders. When an order ships, an email carries the tracking number; tracking can take up to 48 hours to appear. If nothing has arrived 5 days after the shipping email, contact us with the name and order number. - Wishlist: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/wishlists. Price alerts on a card: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/my-account/price-alerts. ## Stores and pickup Free local pickup is offered at our B.C. stores, and stock can be transferred between stores. - TTG Richmond: 305-13888 Wireless Way, Richmond, B.C V6V 0A3, Canada - TTG Clark: 1073 Clark Dr, Vancouver, BC V5L 3K1, Canada - TTG New West: 625 5th Ave Unit 707, New Westminster, BC V3M 1X4, Canada - Hours, maps and phone numbers: https://www.thetradinggallery.com/address-pickup ## Shipping, returns and contact - Returns are not accepted.
